Joe Loughmiller, President
Joe graduated from Ball State University with a BS in radio and television studies and journalism. From 1987 to 2000 he worked in media relations for the City of Indianapolis. He also served as communications for ADESA, Inc., Carmel, IN. He is a recent graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy where his group focused on pet overpopulation in Hamilton County. He has served as public information committee chair for the American Water Works Assoc., Indiana section on the board of directors of Earth Day Indiana, and the board of directors of the Riley-Lockerbie Kiwanis Club
Dennis A. Rosiak, Finance Committee
Dennis has been a Consumer Electronics/Technology professional for 40 plus years with experiences in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Planning. He graduated from University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee with a B/A — School of Education. Dennis is an animal advocate promotin animal care, adoption and education. He believes in Spay and Neutering of pets, adoption of pets through Humane Societies, Animal Control and Rescue groups.
William T. Hannah, Treasurer
Bill was born and raised in northeastern Kansas on a small family farm. His love of the outdoors and all animals is rooted in his early years spent tending the family’s livestock. The saddest experience was seeing the result of uncaring people who dumped their unwanted pets on the back roads. His beliefs i n the mandatory spay and neuter laws for pets is based on the memories of these discarded pets that were not given any real chance of survival. Bill attended Baker University, a Methodist related college, and graduated with honors with a B.S. in Business, and with minors in mathematics and economics. He also earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. His 38 year business career has been in the accounting field with insurance companies. He currently serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Gran Dealers Mutual Insurance Company of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a trustee of the company’s 401 K plan an dis the Chairman of the investment Committee. Bill, his wife Kathy, and their rescued cat “Kitty” reside in the South Harbour, Noblesville, Indiana.
Ann Hedderick, Operations Committee
Ann has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology. Ann is on the Board of Directors for the Exotic Feline Rescue Center and has done volunteer work at Indianapolis Museum of Art, Conner Prairie, and the Exotic Feline Rescue
Velda Boenitz, Advisory Board
Resident of Hamilton County, IN for 32 years. She attended Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and Indiana University in Bloomington and Indianapolis, IN and was office manager for The Hon. William I. Garrard at the Indiana Court of Appeals for 26 years. She joined the board of directors of Spay-Neuter Services of Indiana in 1978 and served in various capacities including president, fund raising chairman, and public relations vice president. In 1984 she founded the Hamilton County Humane Society and served as public relations director, fund raising chairman president, and was a member of the board of directors for ten years. She was a member of the organizing board of directors of the FACE spay-neuter Clinic in Indianapolis, IN and served for five years, helping with fundraising, organization and opening of the clinic.
Myron Frank, Advisory Board
3848 East 106th Street, Carmel, IN 46033. Resident of Hamilton County for 36 years. Graduated from Ohio State University in 1950, Accounting. Myron became a CPA in Ohio in 1962 and worked in public accounting for six years. DOD auditor for 30 years and member of AICPA. VITA tax preparer for the Noblesville Library. He is past treasurer of the Carmel Clay Kiwanis Club, past treasurer of Hamilton County Meals on Wheels, past vice president and treasurer of the Hamilton County Humane Siciety, and current member of the board of directors and driver for Meals on Wheels. He set up the accounting system and advised the treasurer of the FACE Spay-Neuter Clinic and prepared taxes for that organization for several years.
